BMCHP Once A Year

BMC HealthNet Plan is taking action to get adolescents and young adults to see their doctors once a year for well visits. Together, we have implemented a fully integrated campaign featuring football great Jerod Mayo to support this initiative of communicating the importance of a yearly primary care visit. The campaign included a mix of video, PSA Media, print materials and member communications to increase participation in these important doctor visits.
